Country small hotel, interestingly decorated, with love. Very nice owners. Good quisine. Near the lake with a lot of birds. Calm romantic place not far from civilisation (6 km from Heinola).
While you are booking and even having confrimation frm the site - that everything is ok you can not be sure if it is possible to get extra bed in the room or not, because it was not any confirmation from the hotel. As a result we booked 2 days but we had possibility to stay there only 1 day; only warm water (not hot) - a problem to take a shower. On the site it was info about a fridge in the room - no fridge. Not big rooms. For 2 people - quite enough.

We enjoyed our romantic escape to this guesthouse in a peaceful rural location. the decor of the room was charming and added to the cozy atmosphere. the breakfast was satisfying with a range of fresh fruits and cereal.
The shower/bathroom layout was a bit cramped causing the floor to become wet, and the beds were not very comfortable. the Wi-Fi connection was weak in some areas.

Clean and quiet overnight, but manager who is Irish was lacking hospitality and extremely rude. He should retire from hotel business with such an attitude.

The B&B offers a calm and cozy stay with a view of a lovely lake. Guests appreciate the carefully chosen decorations that create a homelike atmosphere. the staff is friendly and accommodates guest requests, such as providing soyamilk/oatmilk for breakfast.
The wifi can be patchy and not available in the rooms, which can be inconvenient for some guests.

The breakfast offered a variety of options, from porridge to cereals, ham, cheese, vegetables, and fruits – a good start to the day. The view from the window was breathtaking, and the location was great since it was only a short drive away from a lovely town with a range of shops and also had a ski track around the lake for some fun outdoor activities during our stay.
The decor of the room looked outdated and not well looked after, the wifi being unavailable in the room and only available in a specific area of the hotel was inconvenient. the hotel was more expensive than others we had stayed at during our trip, making it not the best value for money in comparison.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, and the cleanliness of the room was impressive. In addition, the hotel facilities were great, and the location made it very easy to get around this beautiful city. The breakfast spread was simply delicious and provided me with the perfect start to my day.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
